Countryside Inspecting & Consulting, Inc. is a locally owned
property inspection and consulting company serving north central
Indiana and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide you
peace of mind through accurate, friendly, professional, ethical and
quality inspection services.
I am licensed by, and in good standing with, the Indiana Home
Inspection Licensing Board. I have over twenty years of experience
in the building industry and a strong passion for how things are
built and constructed.
I started my career in construction over twenty years ago as a day
laborer. I have since progressed to manage large commercial
facilities, build commercial buildings, construct room additions,
and conduct general home maintenance and remodeling. It was in the
remodeling business that I first became aware of how many issues our
homes suffer from, and it became my passion to help people identify
these problems.
In the fall of 2005 my career changed directions leading me into
construction inspecting and consulting. I have inspected
multi-million dollar projects throughout the Midwest for lenders and
buyers alike. These projects have ranged from residential homes to
apartment complexes and large commercial buildings.
