Pre-Purchase Inspection
Our home inspection includes a thorough on-site walk
through evaluation of all aspects of the home to locate
any defects or probable issues with the house. At the
conclusion of the site elevation and inspection I
compile a custom tailored narrative style report, with
photos, that is sent to you by E-Mail the next day.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Pre-listing inspections are utilized by the seller to
determine what they need to address in order to sell
their home, so they are not blindsided during the sales
process. This also places the seller in a better
position to list the home “as is” and price it
accordingly by indicating that he/she knows what is
wrong with the house.
