11-Month Warranty Inspection
Just like any other product you purchase, new homes
typically come with warranties. Therefore, it is a good
idea to have your new home inspected before the warranty
expires, allowing the builder to make the appropriate
repairs. Many times the issues noted or detected during
the warranty inspection were not apparent during the
pre-delivery inspection. Issues noted during the
warranty inspection can appear due to changes in the
seasons, material defects, poor workmanship, or just as
a result of time.

for your home. It is geared toward busy professionals
and older home owners, ensuring they are aware of the
condition of their property so they can be pro-active in
the home maintenance efforts rather than dealing with
the problems as they occur.
