Our Phase/Quality inspection is designed to ensure that your new
home or addition is built to the best standard practices of the
industry and the manufacturer’s specifications. I typically schedule
our inspections to look at foundation and drainage details, rough
framing, pre-drywall, exterior finishes, and pre-delivery. Issues
that are caught early in the construction phase are usually easier
to address and less expense to repair.

outside of the house wrap. Exterior finishes are not weather tight
and this is just asking for a leak.
